Account Manager
- £27,000–£30,000 + Monthly Bonus
- Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join our well established client.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building client relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored solutions across a diverse client base.
The Role:
- You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting a wide portfolio of services. Working with both new and existing clients, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through to onboarding and account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business and develop existing accounts via outbound calls.
- Promote a broad range of commercial and vocational training solutions.
- Manage client relationships through the full sales and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client activity.
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and internal coordination.
- Support marketing initiatives with content and client insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and professional representation at all times.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales/account management.
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
- Strong attention to detail with good administrative and IT skills (Excel, Word, CRM systems).
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
