Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join our well established client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, from initial contact through to closing deals
- Build strong, long-term relationships with trade customers and key accounts
- Promote a range of products, display hardware, and bespoke solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and operations) to deliver tailored client solutions
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new revenue streams
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
- Ability to manage complex projects and bespoke client requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience working with trade clients or resellers is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence

Working hours: Monday to Friday / 8:30am to 5pm.
Starting Salary: £40,000 per annum.
