Location: Chesterfield.
Salary:
Full-time (40 hrs/week):
- Unqualified – £31,720/year (approx. £15.25/hr)
- Qualified – £33,800/year (approx. £16.25/hr)
Part-time (24 hrs/week):
- Unqualified – £20,072/year (approx. £16.05/hr)
- Qualified – £21,320/year (approx. £17.05/hr)
(Rates include sleep-in allowance averaged across contracted hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day care and emotional support.

What We’re Looking For:
- Kind, reliable and resilient people with a genuine passion for children’s care.
- Experience welcome but not essential – full training provided.
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
Desired Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is an advantage but not required.
