Coded Welder

Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Coded Welder to join our well established client. 

Job Duties: 

• Fabricating and welding various items, (previously carried out coding’s in accordance with ASME / EN/ISO).
• Produce goods of the highest standards of quality and accuracy to the required dimensions, within the timescales specified.
• Setup equipment and weld parts using TIG/MMA/MIG/MAG, Sub-arc. 
• Work with various grades of material i.e. Stainless steel, Low Temp. Carbon steel and Duplex. 
• Follow QA documents i.e. WPS’s, Weld Maps, Quality Plans.
• Read, understand, and follow all Safety, Quality, and Standard Operating Procedures including Engineering / Fabrication Drawings.

Requirements: 

• Experience of working to X-Ray standard.
• Able to read, understand and follow Engineering / Fabrication Drawings. 
• Experience working with various grades of material i.e. Stainless steel, Low Temp. Carbon steel and Duplex is essential.
• Experience with pipe fit-ups and a variety of welding processes.
• Time served Coded Welder. 

The working hours are 06:55am – 15:25pm Monday to Thursday and 06:55am – 12:55pm on Fridays.

Salary: £18.50 - £19.60 per hour + overtime. 

This is a Full time, permanent position.
