CRM, Revenue & Growth Lead
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused CRM, Revenue & Growth Lead to join a successful and growing organisation.
This is a pivotal role responsible for maximising the value of HubSpot CRM, leveraging data, automation, AI, and business intelligence to drive commercial performance, improve customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Senior Leadership teams, you will transform business data into actionable insights, develop intelligent automation solutions, and create scalable processes that improve efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and commercial performance insights.
- Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion improvements.
- Build and implement automation workflows and AI-powered solutions.
- Develop lead scoring, segmentation, and revenue attribution models.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
- Improve data quality, CRM adoption, and user engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven business improvements.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in Data, Technology, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and optimising CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of automation platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with technologies such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Commercially minded with a passion for data, technology, AI, and process improvement.
Desirable
- HubSpot administration experience and certifications.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of AI tools, OpenAI integrations, and workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Experience supporting B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations functions.
