Dispatch Administrator

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Dispatch Administrator to join our well established client on a 6 months maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage the administration of Health & Safety /Environmental documentation.
- Organise and manage the administration of vehicle/equipment hire.
- Place Purchase Orders as directed by the Production Manager and Engineering Managers. Record goods received and the match on invoices against the appropriate delivery notes.
- Assist with goods despatch including holiday cover.
- Assist with transport requirements including holiday cover.
- Work closely with customer services to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Deal with all incoming telephone calls, receive visitors into the site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a despatch/ administrative role.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Work under own initiative and be a good team player.
Salary: £13.66 per hour.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm.
This is a 6 months maternity cover contract.
