Field Service Engineer
- Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 per annum.
- This is a Full time, Permanent position.
- Working hours: Regular days, Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our client's team, covering the Lincolnshire area. This is a field-based role involving the diagnosis, repair, servicing, and maintenance of construction and plant machinery at customer sites.
You'll be provided with ongoing training, excellent working conditions, and the opportunity to develop your career with a leading machinery dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, repair, and test plant equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out fault finding on hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and engine systems.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Accurately complete job reports using electronic systems.
- Carry out risk assessments and work safely at all times.
- Liaise with customers and management regarding repairs and any additional work required.
- Maintain company equipment and provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience servicing or repairing plant or construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, electrics, and fault diagnosis.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
