Full Stack Developer
Job Summary:
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based platforms, including backend services, frontend interfaces and database integration.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working across the entire software stack, from user interface development through to database architecture and server-side logic.
The role requires strong technical understanding and the ability to write clean, efficient and maintainable code suitable for long-term industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Design, develop and maintain web platforms including Portal and related internal systems.
- Develop both frontend and backend functionality.
- Build and maintain database architecture and SQL communications.
- Ensure efficient and scalable code for systems expected to operate for many years.
- Integrate third-party and internal APIs.
- Develop dashboards and data visualisation tools.
- Maintain secure and reliable web services.
- Support continuous improvement and future development of digital platforms.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
- Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining production web systems.
- Experience designing and maintaining relational databases.
- Portfolio or examples of previous development work preferred.
- Has a strong understanding of core programming principles.
- Can write and maintain structured, efficient and scalable code.
- Understands database architecture and relational data structures.
- Is comfortable working independently on complex systems.
- Takes pride in building stable, long-term software platforms.
