General Operative (Night Shift)
Full Time | Permanent | £16.13 per hour + Overtime|
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday | 9:45pm – 6:15am
Due to continued growth, our well-established Chesterfield-based client is looking to recruit an experienced General Operative to join their night shift team.

Key Duties
- Preparing work areas, labels, and packaging for production
- Following quality standards and work instructions
- Working across different factory areas as required
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Disposing of waste correctly and safely
- Supporting continuous improvement across the department
Requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Good attention to detail
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
