- Working hours: Three Shift System (Days, Afters & Nights)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Machine Operative to join a successful manufacturing business. The role involves operating machinery, supporting production processes, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Set up and adjust machinery as required.
- Carry out quality checks and maintain production standards.
- Work with polymer materials and complete butt fusion processes.
- Identify and report production issues.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience within manufacturing.
- Essential: Polymer and butt fusion experience.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a three-shift rotation.
