Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving reliability, operational performance, continuous improvement, and long-term maintenance strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors and technicians.
- Drive equipment reliability, plant performance, and maintenance best practices.
- Champion health, safety, and compliance across all maintenance activities.
- Implement and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Deliver cost savings, efficiency improvements, and reduced downtime.
- Oversee CMMS utilisation and maintenance planning activities.
- Support CAPEX planning and future site improvement projects.
- Collaborate with senior operational leaders to achieve site-wide KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification with significant manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing managers and multi-skilled teams.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, PPM, CBM, RCM, and reliability-centred maintenance.
- Experience using CMMS systems; SAP experience is advantageous.
- Track record of improving plant reliability, reducing downtime, and delivering operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
