This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, coordinating events, creating engaging content, and supporting brand growth across both digital and physical platforms.
The Role
As Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the company’s exhibition and trade show presence while supporting day-to-day marketing activity across digital channels.
You’ll coordinate events from planning through to execution, maintain website and marketing content, and help ensure the brand is represented professionally across all platforms.
This is a varied and hands-on role offering the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of marketing and events.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Exhibition Coordination
- Coordinate all logistics for exhibitions, trade shows, and event stands
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful event delivery
- Organise promotional materials, banners, literature, and event assets
- Support onsite setup and breakdown when required
- Ensure all deadlines and event timelines are met efficiently
Marketing & Content Management
- Update website content including product descriptions, technical data sheets, and imagery
- Create engaging copy for newsletters, brochures, social media, and digital platforms
- Manage and maintain the company’s library of marketing assets and brand imagery
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns and brand development activities
- Assist with website and social media management
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience within a marketing, events, or content coordination role
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel to support events when required
- Creative mindset with a proactive and professional attitude
