Multipoint Gluer Operative

Salary: £25,420 – £35,700 per annum

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment, operating a Multipoint Gluer and supporting the production of high-quality finished products.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality, efficiency and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and monitor the Multipoint Gluer machine.
- Set and maintain machinery to achieve production and efficiency targets.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure products meet required standards.
- Identify and report faults or production issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work effectively as part of a fast-paced production team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating gluing, folding or similar production machinery is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious.
- Comfortable working to production targets and deadlines.
- Good teamworking skills with a proactive approach.
