Press Brake & Guillotine Operator – Afters Shift

Salary: £16.23–£17.38 per hour + 20% shift allowance

We are recruiting for an experienced Press Brake & Guillotine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in South Kirkby on a regular afternoon shift. You will operate metalworking machinery to prepare components for fabrication and finishing, ensuring accuracy, quality and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press brakes, guillotines, CNC plasma cutters and band saws.
- Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings to calculate cutting sizes.
- Set up machinery and inspect finished components.
- Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Experience operating relevant metalworking machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Working Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00pm–12:30am
- Regular four-day afternoon shift.
