Production Operative
- Location: Buxton
- Salary: £13.44 per hour, rising to £15.07 per hour once fully trained + overtime
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm & Friday 6am - 12:30pm
We are currently recruiting for skilled Production Operatives to join our well-established client.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with full training provided and the opportunity to become multi-skilled across different areas of production.
The Role:
- Producing high quality products
- Carrying out quality control checks
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Multi-skilling across different departments
- Carrying out manual handling and general production duties
- Following health, safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Reliable, hardworking and motivated
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable carrying out manual work
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is not required — full training will be provided
- FLT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Must be able to drive and have your own transport due to the location
