- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
- Actively support the deployment of Lean tools, including 5S, Kanban and value‑stream control.
- Ensure sustainment of improvements on the shop floor, not just implementation.

Site & Security Responsibilities:
- Act as a designated key holder, responsible for day‑to‑day site security when required.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe, secure and compliant at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hands‑on supervisor or senior operator within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead from the front, maintaining credibility through practical involvement.
- Confident problem solver with good root‑cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage operators at all levels.
