QA Business Partner
Salary: £40,000 per annum.
This is a Full time, Permanent position.
Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced QA Business Partner to join our well established client.
As a QA Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business compliant, safe, and continually improving. You’ll be the key Quality contact, working alongside managers to support Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, ensuring we meet (and exceed) the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You’ll work closely with managers across the business, helping to identify risks early, strengthen processes, and reduce the cost of quality - all while keeping things practical and proportionate.
Job Duties:
- Owning and maintaining the integrated management system
- Leading and coordinating internal, supplier, customer and ISO audits
- Investigating non‑conformances, customer complaints and supplier issues
- Supporting bids and tenders with QA input
- Managing compliance systems, certifications and external QA portals
- Supporting Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across sites
- Producing meaningful reports, KPIs and ESG data
- Working with managers to embed quality and compliance into day‑to‑day operations
Requirements:
- Experience in a demanding administrative, QA, compliance or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
