QA Business Partner
Full Time | Permanent | £40,000 per annum
Due to continued growth, our well-established client is looking to recruit an experienced and proactive QA Business Partner to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working closely with teams across a business to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a visible and influential role, helping shape how quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintained and developed across the organisation.
Rather than simply “policing” compliance, this role is about partnering with managers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating practical solutions that support the wider business.
The Role
As QA Business Partner, you’ll be the key point of contact for Quality Assurance across the business, supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the integrated management system
- Leading and coordinating internal, supplier, customer, and ISO audits
- Investigating non-conformances, customer complaints, and supplier issues
- Supporting bids and tenders with QA and compliance input
- Managing certifications, compliance systems, and external QA portals
- Supporting Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across multiple sites
- Producing meaningful reports, KPIs, and ESG data
- Working collaboratively with managers to embed quality and compliance into everyday operations
- Identifying risks early and helping implement practical improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a QA, compliance, coordination, or fast-paced administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems, processes, and data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing priorities independently
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys improving processes and making a genuine impact within a business
