Due to continued expansion, we are excited to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to join our client’s forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and uphold quality standards by ensuring all products and processes comply with agreed specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process, including incoming goods, in-process production, and final product checks.
- Collaborate with the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to support quality investigations and identify areas for process improvement.
- Identify, raise, and investigate quality concerns (QCs), documenting faulty stock items accurately.
- Liaise with sales and other departments to resolve missing or conflicting specification information.
- Complete and maintain accurate inspection documentation and reports.
- Analyse, store, and display test results in compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Hands-on experience working on a production line or shop floor.
- Proficiency in operating standard measuring devices and inspection equipment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
- Ability to operate technical equipment confidently and accurately.

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
Working 40 hours per week. This role operates on a day shift pattern only.
Salary: £12.70 per hour.
