What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
- Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and candidate onboarding
- Keeping internal systems and candidate records up to date
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with administration and delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- A driven individual who wants to progress and succeed
