The Role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions by identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates.
Job Duties:
- Proactively source, identify, and attract high-calibre candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.
- Work closely with clients to fully understand their hiring needs.
- Manage vacancies effectively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Coordinate and progress candidate applications from initial contact through to placement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the wider recruitment team.
Requirements:
- We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- A confident, people-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A strong desire to succeed and progress.
