Recruitment Consultant
£28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £60,000+) | No Sales Targets | Warm Desk | Monday –Friday, 9am–5pm.
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and grow a temporary recruitment desk.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing temporary workers and developing new business, with the freedom to grow and shape their own desk.
The Role:
- Manage and develop an existing temporary recruitment desk
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, interview and place temporary workers
- Develop and grow existing accounts
- Manage temporary workers throughout their assignments
- Take ownership of the desk and drive its growth
- Work towards achieving strong commercial results
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within temp recruitment
- Confident, driven and commercially minded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by earning potential and career progression
