Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to be responsible for assisting the sales team. The role requires a large percentage of direct client interaction. This may be remote via phone and email etc. or face to face at exhibitions. You will be responsible for achieving a set of personal and team measures of performance (KPI’s) and will be measured against the success of these objectives.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Serving as the main point of contact for Sales Team
- Managing phone calls, emails and other correspondence
- Scheduling meetings, client/customer appointments and travel arrangements
- Basic Order Processing & taking payments
- Updating and maintaining office records, filing systems and databases
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Attend meetings and training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills in parallel with existing training resources and sources of information
- Creating and maintaining a well-organised, efficient office environment
Personal Specifications:
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent personal and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships
- Flexibility
Working hours: 08.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £25,459 Per Annum.
This is a Full time, Permanent position.
