Sales Contracts Manager
Location: Covering UK / North – Postcode’s tbc.
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+) + Company Car & Benefits.
The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, our well-established client is seeking a Field-Based Sales Contracts Manager to drive and expand contract sales across their full product portfolio. This includes weighbridges, software solutions, balances, platform weighing equipment, instrumentation, and bespoke weighing and process systems.
The position offers excellent earning potential, autonomy, and the opportunity to represent a respected and innovative engineering business within a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a defined regional territory with a high level of autonomy.
- Drive and expand contract sales across their full product portfolio.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Re-engage and develop dormant accounts to maximise revenue potential.
- Provide technically competent advice and specify appropriate weighing solutions, from standard systems to complex applications.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Self Motivated target driven individual.
- Consistent sales target achiever.
- Management of sales territory with minimum supervision.
- Managing & growing existing client accounts.
- Managing & developing dormant clients.
- Managing & developing new business opportunities across all industrial sectors.
- Relevant engineering and/or commercial qualifications preferred.
