Sales Order Processor / Account Manager
Salary: £26,000–£28,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Order Processor / Account Manager to join a growing packaging and fulfilment business.
We are looking for an organised, customer-focused individual who can manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery, while building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately from order to delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations and relevant documentation.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop existing accounts.
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the order process.
About You
- Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, account management or customer service.
- Experience within packaging, fulfilment, manufacturing or a similar environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
- Able to manage multiple orders and priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
