Warehouse Manager
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- This is a Full time, Permanent position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a growing packaging and fulfilment business.
We are looking for a hands-on, organised and results-driven individual to take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a team and ensure the efficient movement, storage and dispatch of stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations.
- Lead, motivate and manage warehouse staff.
- Oversee stock control, goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Improve warehouse efficiency, workflow and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, housekeeping and organisation.
- Monitor stock accuracy and minimise errors, waste and delays.
- Coordinate with production, fulfilment and transport teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes.
- Manage staffing, workloads and operational priorities.
About You
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.
- Experience within packaging, fulfilment, logistics or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with stock control and warehouse management systems.
- A hands-on, proactive and commercially focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
